Located between Genève and Lausanne, just above the Léman Lake, the situation of this hotel restaurant is unique. Smashing views just above the vineyards and facing the Alps.
You’ll appreciate the calmness of the small village of Bursinel, away from noisy traffic and will enjoy the peace of our terrace open 7 days a week from 29th of April till the 31st of August.
our kitchen – quality and originality
The chef Fabrice Jovet is constantly searching to prepare original top quality products in their pure simplicity.
Chef’s secret : ‘la carte’ changes 8 times a year to be able to offer you the best of every season, with always the same desire to prepare a original quality dish or something new to discover.
Price ranges from 60 CHF to 85 CHF for the à la carte meals. Wine list with a local Chasselas wine from 27 CHF to the most precious Burgundy and Bordeaux grands crus.
